WHAT IS BIOGAIT?

BioGait is a Gait Laboratory, based on Artificial Intelligence with Neural Networks, that calculates the kinematics of human body dugait, without the need of using markers on the joins. It belongs to the BIOLAB family that has other modules such as Posture (BIOPOSTURE), Cycling (BIOBike), Running (BIORUN), free measurements (BIOFREE) and Motion Capture (BIOTRACK).


HOW DOES BIOGAIT WORK?

Through an ingenious Artificial Intelligence algorithm, the use of Neural Networks, and more than 18 years of experience in understanding the user's needs, we have created a system that allows us to recognize the human body in motion, in small spaces, indoors and outdoors, and calculate its joint centers and consequently build customized gait reports, also suported digital video, making the evaluator's work much easier, intuitive and flexible compared to conventional Gait Labs.

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF BIOGAIT?

To Democratize the Gait Analysis in the world, facilitating its access to any evaluator and Institution. Gait laboratories have historically been difficult to obtain due to their high cost, large space requirements, difficulties in importation and installation, and the scarcity of specialists who know how to read gait reports and specialized engineers to handle them.

With BioGait all these obstacles disappear and gait analysis becomes a routine measurement in any consulting room and can only be done by the physician and/or physiotherapist.

Traditionally, gait has been measured with:
1. Home videos of low resolution, in a single plane and with little precision.
2. Very expensive reflective marker technology, requiring large spaces, specialized technicians to handle it and that, no matter how accurate it is, the precision is subject to the person who places the markers.

TERM OF SOFTWARE LICENSES

All licenses are perpetual, there is no price to maintain them, if there will be upgrades at very low values with respect to the main license, (price to be defined according to the upgrade level) but in case the customer does not wish to upgrade, the software will continue to run perpetually in the version that has been purchased.

SUPPORT AND WARRANTY

Support and Warranty of 2 years from the installation of the equipment. COVERS hardware and software manufacturing defects. DOES NOT COVER damages caused by misuse, accidents or theft of the equipment.
Support will be provided by phone and remotely on a case-by-case basis for 2 years. After year 2 an annual support extension contract fee will be agreed upon.


TRAINING

The training is included in the price, it is virtual from our headquarters in Bogota and includes: operation in Bogota and includes: handling of the equipment, software, care, calibration and various calibration and various recommendations.
If the client wishes installation and personalized training outside Colombia, it has a value of U$900 usd + all travel expenses, for 2 days, from + all travel expenses, for 2 days, from Bogota to the client's destination.
It does not include academic training in Bikefitting principles. For this, we offer customized Bikefitting Courses according to the user's level of knowledge. Please contact us for topics and prices.

TERMS OF NEGOTIATION

EX WORKS: Shipping and taxes in the final customer's country of destination are excluded from the quotation. To save hardware shipping costs we suggest the customer to get the cameras and computer in his country, with the exact technical characteristics as mentioned in this catalog and we would sell the software licenses.
