Everything you need to know about BioLab licensing, warranty, training, and delivery before requesting a quote.
All BioLab licenses are perpetual. There are no recurring fees to keep the software running. Optional upgrades are available at a low price relative to the main license (priced according to the upgrade level), but customers who don’t wish to upgrade can continue using the software indefinitely in the version they originally purchased.
Two years of support and warranty from the date of installation. Coverage includes hardware and software manufacturing defects. Does not cover damages from misuse, accidents, or theft.
Support is provided by phone and remote session on a case-by-case basis throughout the two-year period. After year two, an annual support extension contract can be arranged.
Training is included in the license price. It is delivered virtually from our headquarters and covers equipment handling, software operation, care, calibration, and general recommendations.
On-site installation and personalized training at the customer’s location is available as an optional service. Pricing includes a base training fee plus travel expenses for a two-day on-site visit. Contact us for a specific quote.
Training does not include academic instruction in biomechanics principles. For that, we offer customized courses in Biomechanics, Bikefitting, Running Analysis, Gait, and Posture according to the user’s knowledge level. Contact us for topics and pricing.
Software licenses are delivered within 2 working days from the date of payment confirmation. Hardware shipments (if sourced through us) are quoted separately with specific lead times.
EX WORKS: Shipping and destination-country taxes are excluded from software quotations. To save on hardware shipping costs, we suggest US customers purchase the cameras and computer locally, matching the exact specifications in our Technical Requirements page. We then supply only the software licenses.
We accept international bank wire transfer and credit card payments.
For bank wire transfers: once your quote is approved, our sales team will provide the payment instructions securely via email.
For credit card payments: we send a Secure Payment Link via the Stripe International Payment Platform with the exact amount for your chosen configuration.
