Automated Insole Production

The TITAN 3D Numerical Control Milling Machine is a 3-axis system designed specifically for orthopedic insole production, particularly for machining EVA and similar materials, as well as plastic and composite blocks. The operation is fully automated, enabling high productivity levels.

The machine is equipped with a workstation and requires a single operator to set the machining parameters and load the initial material block. Once the job is started, the TITAN 3D works autonomously — freeing the operator to handle other tasks in the workshop.
