ECOSANIT is the integrated manufacturing system for orthopedic insoles used for rehabilitation and sports. It combines a plantar pressure platform, a 3D foot scanner, CAD design software (ECOPLAN), a TITAN 3D CNC milling machine, and specialized insole materials — each component designed to work together from patient assessment to final product.

Plantar Pressure Platform

Portable plantar pressure measurement system for identifying foot type by support pattern. Shows weight distribution during walking or at rest. Calculates center of gravity trajectory, pressure over time, and 2D/3D maximum pressure maps.
